Throughout Ohio Building Services’ 40 year history, our core offerings have consisted of the same three activities: commercial cleaning and janitorial services, carpet cleaning and restoration and floor work (stripping, buffing and waxing).
However, over the past couple of months, we have started to diversify our offerings after speaking in depth with our clients and listening to their needs.
Based on our experienced employees, we now offer the following services to any of our core commercial clients: patching and painting, one-time construction cleaning and removal of unneeded items.
While Ohio Building Services will always be a premiere janitorial company, we feel that it’s important to continue to innovate and provide quality service offerings to our clients.
For instance, most of our clients are office buildings or industrial warehouses that all require patching and painting services. Instead of having to call multiple vendors and risking poor service, our clients can now turn to us to solve their problems quickly and with one, trusted point of contact.
We’re excited to continue to evolve Ohio Building Services over the coming months to offer more services that are done faster, better and cheaper than alternative solutions.
