Rick Brockell brings over 20 years of experience in the commercial cleaning and janitorial space. He has joined our team to help us continue our focus on quality control, customer relations, hiring and training.
We’ve been fortunate over the past couple of months to onboard new clients, new employees and new equipment. While our initial thought was to wait to bring on an experience General Manager, we expedited our decision when we met Rick.
In any business, you’ll face big decisions that involve a fair bit of risk. Our philosophy has always been to error on the side of investing in the business when the opportunities present themselves.
