Letter To Our Clients

We want to share a copy of a letter that was sent to all OBS clients early last week regarding the COVID-19 outbreak.

We're keeping everybody in our thoughts and want all of you to know that we're here to help in any capacity.

March 12, 2020

Dear Clients of OBS,

We are closely monitoring developments around COVID-19 and are following guidelines provided by the Ohio Department of HealthCDC, and World Health Organization.

The safety of our employees and commitment to providing you with a consistent and reliable cleaning experience are our top two priorities. As such, we want to take a moment to update you on our implementations at OBS regarding COVID-19.

  • All OBS employees have received a letter regarding the importance of safety, washing hands, and arriving at work in good health. We reiterated our Illness Policy in our Employee Handbook and have instructed all employees to immediately report any personal or observed symptoms such as fever, achiness, excessive coughing and running noses, diarrhea and vomiting to their General Manager.

  • We have deployed our general disinfectant cleaner, Trinity (see Data Sheet), to all of our job sites. Trinity is a hospital-grade disinfectant that exhibits virucidal activity. Our employees have been instructed to utilize Trinity liberally on all surfaces and high-use areas.

  • We are working with our clients to develop and implement additional disinfecting services, including: nightly sanitization of door knobs, lightswitches, and other high-use areas in offices and warehouses.

We take our responsibility to service our clients and keep our employees safe very seriously. To that end, we respectfully ask that we keep the lines of communication open if there are any changes in the needed services or health situations with your place of business.

We are more than happy to share our best practices or work on a program to provide additional services regarding cleaning and disinfecting of your place of business.
